Daily rates vary per season.   Presently, the rates are:

• Fall - $175/nt; $1,050/wk; $145 for each night over 7
• Christmas - $310/nt; $2,095/wk; $295 for each night over 7
• Spring - $195/nt; $1,225/wk; $170 for each night over 7
• Summer - $270/nt; $1,795/wk; $250 for each night over 7
  

These rates are subject to change at owner's discretion.

Hawaii taxes of 12.4166% are added; after 7/1/10 rate goes up to 13.4166%

Clean out fee of $156.25 is also added.

Rental Policy:

• Minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Check-in is 3 pm.
• Check-out is 10 am.
• There is no smoking allowed.
• Pets are prohibited.

Deposit Policy:

• A 25% deposit is required.
• The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.
• For stays of less than 5 nights, a refundable damage deposit of $400 will be required.

Refund Policy:

• If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $50.00 service charge.
• If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, the entire Booking Deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount.
• All cancellations must be made in writing (email and Fax acceptable).
